We finished in 5th place at the 32nd Annual Jaguar Invite held at Lawrence University. There were 17 teams in the meet that was won by Bay Port.
20 of the 26 individual swims were season or lifetime bests. Some really good improvements in technique and adjustments in stroke helped a great deal.
Going to need to reach in the bag of practice tips/tricks to work on speed work in the turns, a little bit of turnover work, DPS (distance per stroke), and of course more streamlining.
Although there was not a great deal of spectator seating and it was a tad warm, the pool conditions were great and it was a very good effort today.
