Sitting on the bus back from the meet and reflecting on Week 6.
A couple injuries, a few that are sick, school kicking in full time, and weight lifting twice. That coupled with a dual meet against the number 1 team in the state and an early morning Saturday invite requires a Sunday full of rest.
It will be imperative to stay healthy the rest of the season no matter what your level.
We had a good number of people swimming new events on both Thursday and Saturday while finding out that they either like it or are good at the event. I would encourage all of you to take steps outside your comfort zone.
