Here is the schedule for the next two days.
Friday – Captains practice from 3:30 to 5:30 OR as soon as Coach Mollie gets on site. You must bring a pair of tennis shoes that can get wet.
Saturday – No practice. We must get some rest. People that are sick. We must come back on Monday and be sharp, crisp, and healthy! This is going to be critical to the stretch run. Sleep and some vitamin C go a long way.
