That means that we are implementing this starting tomorrow, August 16th.
Even though we are doing a superb job with the late night activities, it is evident that we start tapering off after a certain time because the athletes (and some of the coaching staff) are not use to being that crisp athletically that late at night.
August 16th – No Dry Land. Swimmers practice from 5:30 to 7:45 PM
