2014 Week 7

What YOU DoWe head into Week 7 after a very positive and encouraging Week 6. As individuals and as a group we need to keep getting better each day and week. The growth and progress last week was really good.

After two weekends in a row with meets, we have an off weekend from racing but will have a great morning session.

Here is the schedule for Week 7:

Monday – Early Group goes from 3:45 to 5:00.  Divers from 4:00 to 5:00.  Late Group has Core Strength from 4:00 to 5:00PM. TEAM PICTURES at 5:15 PM.  You should have your team suit. Late Group then Swims from 5:30 to 7:30PM.

Tuesday – Early Group goes from 3:45 to 5:30.  Divers from 4:00 to 5:30.  Late Group has Core Strength from 4:00 to 5:00PM. Late Group Swims from 5:30 to 7:30PM.

Wednesday – All practice together from 4:30 to 6:30.

Thursday – Dual Meet at home against Catholic Memorial.  This is our Family Night Meet.  Athletes will introduce their family at the break before the warm up to start the second half.  Meet Starts at 6PM.  Everyone should be warming up by 4:30PM.  All swimmers stay to swim down after the meet.

Friday – Divers go from 3:45 to 5:30. Swimmers are off to recover.

Saturday – Swimmers go from 8 to 10AM. Please do not be alarmed if practice goes a couple minutes past 10AM.
