2018 Week 13

For this week it is recommended to get more rest each night, maybe 30 to 45 minutes more of sleep.  It is recommended to not go home in your wet suit.  It is recommended to take Vitamin C to ensure we stay healthy.  It is recommended to not do any other extra curricular that may cause extra stress on your body.

There is no core strength this week.

Swimmers will practice each day at 5.

Team Dinner is Friday night at the Gallo’s House.
