Behind 4 school records, we finished 5th at the Waukesha South Sectional Saturday.
The meet started with a school-record in the 200 Medley Relay. Kaitlyn Curtis, Maddy Ahluwalia, Grace Mautz, and Molly Garvin finished 4th and beat the school record set 2 years ago by over a second.
Kaitlyn broke Claire Stuart’s 2015 record in the 50 Freestyle in finishing 3rd in the event. She followed that up by breaking her own school record set two weeks ago in the 100 Backstroke also finishing 3rd in the event.
Maddy broke her school record she also set two weeks ago at the Conference Meet. She becomes the first swimmer in over 10 years at WNKM to be both a Conference and Sectional Champion.
